I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms are amazing, especially the bathroom, which was very comfortable and large. Everything was really big, comfortable, and nice, including the bathroom. It's the ideal place if you're looking for a simple room in a centrally located hotel. Plus, I had a balcony with a great view for only 402.

While it's halfway below ground level, the lack of proper darkening curtains might be a downside for some. The service was exceptionally hospitable, smiley, and helpful, going above and beyond, especially with arranging taxis for our large boxes. The location, though on a noisy road with traffic fumes, is highly convenient, being just a 5-minute walk from Vitosha Boulevard. The dining experience, while adequate, could do with a makeover.
